Shalik Realty Ventures is a real estate investment and advisory company that provides strategic real estate counsel and creates real estate investment opportunities for individuals and institutional investors. We evaluate, arrange, structure and finance real estate investments for our own account, for our co-investors and for clients' private realty transactions.

Shalik Realty Ventures provides equity capital to experienced entrepreneurial builders and developers in connection with the acquisition, development, sale and operation of carefully selected real estate projects. The Company also provides Land Banking services for national and regional builders.

Since 1997, Shalik Realty Ventures, through its K&S affiliates, has provided the equity component for the development of over $1 billion of real estate throughout the US and Canada. We are recognized for our ability to respond quickly to our Joint Venture partners' equity requirements. Under our relationship-oriented program, we seek experienced Joint Venture partners for multiple transactions.<
