Ms. Tracy is our administrator in connection with matters relative to Investors and Joint Venture partners. Her responsibilities include communications with investors and on matters relating to status reports, capital calls and distributions and investor account management.

Susan has over 25 years of experience working for financial service companies providing services including bookkeeping, administration, Information Technology and management.
