Gene Shalik is Chief Executive Officer of Shalik Realty Ventures. He is a Certified Public Accountant with over 25 years of diversified experience in the real estate and development industry.

Initially with the international accounting firm of Price Waterhouse & Co., Mr. Shalik founded the CPA and consulting firm of Shalik, Morris & Co., LLP. This firm represents many of the region's prominent real estate developers, owners, and managers in matters relating to accounting, taxation, finance, internal controls, and governmental regulations.

Mr. Shalik, through his K&S affiliation, has facilitated the creation of numerous Joint Venture projects and has provided the equity for the development of over $1 billion of real estate projects throughout the US and Canada.

Mr. Shalik enjoys a reputation of being an experienced financial and real estate professional and possesses strong business acumen and negotiation skills. He employs the multi-dimensional professional disciplines developed as a real estate CPA and a thorough and conservative perspective to each real estate transaction. He takes an active involvement with each prospective and existing project, investor and Joint Venture partner.
