| LINDA STURGES, C.P.A., Project Accounting and Tax Services As Manager of Project Accounting and Tax Services, Ms. Sturges’ responsibilities include monitoring ongoing investment performance, coordinating financial reporting and compliance with financial institution requirements, and leading and directing Shalik Realty Ventures in-house accounting and finance departments. She is also responsible for developing creative tax strategies and solutions as well as handling all compliance matters.
Linda has been associated with Shalik Realty Ventures since its inception. To date she has been involved in a number of real estate acquisition and servicing projects amounting to over $250 million involving the purchase and sale of investment properties in the United States and Canada. Linda has 20 years of experience in providing accounting and business advisory services primarily to mid-market companies. She has an extensive background in developing and structuring real estate ventures including transaction structuring, buyer and seller representation, and post acquisition tax management and planning.
Ms. Sturges is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of New York and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the C.W. Post campus of Long Island University in 1984.
